A decline in brain health is an inevitable part of aging. But depending on our diet we can help protect our memory and stay sharp. Research shows that saturated and trans fats increase the risk of a decline in our brain health. Plant-based diet especially, foods rich in vitamin E, including seeds, nuts, leafy greens, whole grains, and berries are very helpful.

Berries and foods rich in vitamin E, including nuts, seeds, leafy greens, and whole grains are especially beneficial. Take a B12 supplement to preserve our nerve function. Make sure to exercise regularly and get enough sleep.
