Migraines

Certain foods can cause migraines, while other foods prevent or treat migraines. Consuming a plant-based diet can significantly improve the severity of headache pain. Which may be due to eliminating the dietary pain triggers and eating pain-safe food. If your changes in diet make your headaches disappear or become less frequent, by reintroducing the eliminated foods one at a time, you can find out what food that triggers your migraines.
